The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge supremely presents
446 guest rooms, suites and newly updated cabins in
an interconnected forest of cedar chalets and heritage

Fairmont Jasper Park has long been synonymous
with royalty — starting in 1939 with King George
IV and Queen Elizabeth who fell in love with the

stories of the beautiful destination of Jasper and the
lodge’s Outlook Cabin with them, her daughters were
determined to travel there and stay in the Cabin. In
June 1980, Princess Margaret spent 10 days in
Outlook Cabin and explored Jasper National Park.
Some 25 years later, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
and her husband the Duke of Edinburgh spent three
nights in the reconstructed Outlook Cabin.
