last three years, Joseba Lopez De Goikoetxea brings his unique

Navarra, Spain, Chef Goikoetxea has enlisted his talents in some of
the top Spanish restaurants, including El Akelarre, La Aquarela and
Massana. His resume includes chef positions around the globe. In
2005, he moved to the Caribbean to join the IBEROSTAR property
on Mexico’s Riviera Maya.
