The Somerset on Grace Bay embodies luxury with 53
villas ranging to 5,300 square feet, and VIP services
that appeal to discriminating couples and families.
Based on Providenciales, this 38-square-mile island
sees 350 days of sunshine each year and is surrounded
by one of the largest coral reef systems in the world
for legendary scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing.
The exquisite villas range from one-bedroom
residences at 1,400 square feet and one-bedroom
estates at 2,500 square feet, to the five-bedroom
penthouse estate sleeping up to 12 people. All villas
feature marble floors and bathrooms, gourmet kitchen
with Viking appliances, wine cooler, washer/dryer,
bathrobes, soaking tubs and Wi-Fi. Estate Villas have
wrap-around terraces with ocean views, hot tub and
grill. The concierge handles pre-arrival grocery shopping.
The pools are the resort’s centerpiece including an
infinity-edge pool with children’s area and a 138-foot
reverse-current lap pool with underwater sound system,
all offering complimentary sunscreen. Guests can try the
fitness center, croquet, bicycles, kayaks, snorkel equipment,
stand-up paddleboards, windsurfers and Hobie cats.
Yoga is offered on the beach, and spa services are
offered in the villas or the spa. The complimentary and
award-winning Caicos Kids Club ensures that little
ones will enjoy their own kind of unforgettable fun.
Restaurants include the Pavilion with raw bar and
wood stone oven; LunaSea Pool Bar &Grill; and Pearl
Bar for cocktails and tapas. There’s a complimentary
reception with live music, canapés and cocktails on
Monday evenings, and a beach barbecue with DJ and
bonfire on Tuesdays. Guests can also book a private
dinner on the beach with custom menu, waiter and
tiki torches, or a personal chef to prepare a meal with
cooking class in the villa.
