with its sweet local fruits, freshly prepared pastries
and a full cook-to-order breakfast filled with Nevisian

snack on sandwiches such as Caribbean lobster salad
with your toes in the sand at Sea Breeze Beach Bar.
At night, the Great House provides an elegant
atmosphere for an intimate gourmet meal. Guests
dine indoors, in one of only three air-conditioned
restaurants on Nevis, or al fresco on a screened-in
verandah overlooking the estate.
The popular weekly poolside rum punch party
and beachfront barbeque, with live local music and
dancing under the stars, offers a not-to-be-missed
opportunity to mingle with locals, staff and other guests.

With an idyllic beachfront setting on the unspoiled
Caribbean island of Nevis, Nisbet Plantation is
