Hamburger with Vegetable Tempura. First course offerings are
equally as impressive including Spinach Tagliolini with Crayfish,
Cannelloni with Wild Herbs, Pumpkin Ravioli with Almond Cream
and Amaretto Biscuits, and Tagliatelle with Porcini Mushrooms and
Truffles. Main course favorites include Catalan-style Shellfish,
Monkfish with Chanterelle Mushrooms and Veal, Livornese-style
Swordfish, Veal Cheek served with Puree and Courgettes (zucchini),
Beef and Porcini Mushrooms, and Milanese-style Ossobuco. Sweet
sensations include homemade Tiramisu with Alexander Brandy and
warm Cinnamon Strudel with Pears and Ginger Custard.
