My favorite spot at the hotel is the terrace of the Surf &
Turf restaurant because it provides the best view at the
hotel. While enjoying a meal, you can relax and enjoy
the stunning view of the ocean and the hotel’s unique
and impressive architecture.
Our Cigar Bar is another hidden gem, and it offers
hookahs. It’s the perfect place to relax.
Our daily yoga class is also a great way to unwind
or find your inner chi. Another wonderful offering at
the hotel are the cooking classes — guests can even
learn to make ceviche!

IBEROSTAR Grand Hotel Paraíso is the perfect place
if you are looking for rest and relaxation. I always
recommend spending some time at the infinity salt
water pool where guests have a stunning view of the
ocean and can also enjoy food and drinks with the
pool service or swim-up bar.
Guests can also perfect their golf swing at the
onsite 18-hole championship golf course designed by
P.B. Dye. Free rounds are included in every stay of
three or more nights.
Dining is also always available with our 24-hour
gourmet room service menu. Guests can enjoy gourmet
meals in the comfort of their own suite — including
fresh, local produce and Kobe beef!

What do you most enjoy
about your career?
I truly love helping guests have a unique and bespoke
experience that they will remember and share with their
friends and family. I also love making recommendations
around dining and activities so that guests can truly
experience the culture and history of Mexico. The best
part of my job is when people come to me at the end of
their trip, thanking me and letting me know that their
experience was beyond their expectations. I think this
is the highest reward I can receive.
