Indulge in Flavorful Cuisines, Fine Wines
and Expertly Prepared Spirits
Guests will be treated to an extraordinary culinary
experience on board Seven Seas Explorer. Regent
Seven Seas Cruises has announced three distinct
specialty restaurants, including the fleet-wide
signature steakhouse, Prime 7; the tantalizing
gourmet French restaurant, Chartreuse; and the
modern Pacific Rim, serving Pan-Asian fare. They
will perfectly complement the additional dining
venues of the hallmark main dining room, Compass
Rose, and the chic La Veranda that transforms into
the Italian eatery Sette Mari at La Veranda in the
evenings. The casual Pool Grill and the desert station
at The Café round out the options. As always, guests
are allowed to indulge in every meal whenever and
with whomever they wish, with never a charge.
Also included are fine wines from the world’s
most prestigious estates, paired perfectly with each
meal by a professional sommelier. And an onboard
mixologist will also create signature drinks for guests
who enjoy tasting new beverage recipes, as well as
expertly prepare the standard offerings.
