Q: Tell us how your career
as a concierge began.
I started in entertainment at another hotel before
deciding to move to Concierge/Butler. I wanted more
interaction with the guests so that I could do more for
them, thus making their stay even better. After some
time, I moved to Grand Velas Riviera Maya where I feel
I have learned the most and developed my career as a
concierge. As Concierge, I skillfully and creatively help
clients feel worry-free during their time at the hotel.
