Seabourn
Seabourn has set a new standard in dining at sea with the
opening of The Grill by Thomas Keller in May 2016.
The venue, which is crafted in the style of the classic
American chophouse, features a menu developed by
the three-star Michelin chef. The wine list, curated by
Keller himself, includes over 90 rare selections that are
often highly allocated. Warm ambience is established in
the brand new space by renowned hospitality designer
Adam Tihany. The Grill by Thomas Keller will debut
on
Seabourn Encore
when the ship launches late this
year and will eventually open on all Seabourn ships.
Seabourn ships offer a variety of dining venues
with no extra fees including open seating and
complimentary fine wines and open bars throughout
the ship. All drinks at the bars are also free of charge.
Guests can also opt to dine in their suite or on their
veranda with course-by-course service.
Modeled after our award-winning trio of Odyssey-
class ships,
Seabourn Encore
will join the fleet in
December 2016, and its maiden season is already
open for booking. Itineraries will take in Arabia,
India, the South Pacific, Australia and New Zealand.
The ultra-luxury Seabourn ships have no more than
300 elegantly appointed suites with expansive ocean
views. They feature a complimentary stocked bar, 24-
hour complimentary room service, Egyptian cotton
linens, duvet, robes and slippers, a selection of designer
soaps, walk-in closets and a choice of pillows to suit your
preference. Your Personal Suite Stewardess welcomes
you with Champagne and canapés upon arrival.
Premium Suites guests receive fresh flowers and a
fruit basket, an espresso machine and private car
transfer from the airport to the ship. The Penthouse
Spa Suite has a fragrance diffuser, bath oil and sponge
menus, access to the spa serenity area and spa
concierge service in the suite.
Onboard, the Seabourn Conversations program
highlights scholars, artists, diplomats, scientists and
winemakers. There’s a fitness center, award-winning
spa, library, signature water sports marina at the
stern, complimentary Massage Moments
®
on deck
and varied entertainment. The staff ensures every
desire is met, as there is nearly one staff member per
guest. Thoughtful shore excursions partner with
UNESCO at World Heritage Sites.
This cruise line of small, ultra-luxury, all-suite ships adds signature restaurants and new menu items by
world-renowned Chef Thomas Keller, and looks forward to a new ship launch in 2016.
